Last year's Green Day was a huge success. Entertainment and education packed activities included a dog obedience display, a variety of environmental displays and wood carving shows. The event gave children the opportunity to sample our very popular apple juice pressed straight from a variety of apples. There were also a wide range of animals on show including shire horses, owls, chickens, mice and guinea pigs.
The healthy options were also on hand including Telford PCT, giving local people advice and carrying out health checks. Blendavenda went down very well making pedal powered smoothies from fresh fruit.
A big well done for all involved and let's make 2010 Green Day even better.
